On Campus

You’re steps away from all services, recreation and activities the campus has to offer! Get a wellness check at the Student Health Center, catch a game at the Loft Sports Lounge, or enjoy live music at The Living Room. Hungry? LMU has a variety of conveniently located dining venues that open early and close late.

Furnishings

All residence halls and apartment rooms are carpeted and fully furnished, including window blinds. Each room contains standard furnishings for each student.

Bed Configurations

The furniture is movable— giving you the ability to arrange furniture to suit your needs.

Students can select 1 of 3 bed configurations for Fall 2022. Bunk beds are only accommodated if both roommates select that option.

Housing On Campus

OVERVIEW

There’s nothing like living in one of our traditional residence halls to help you make friends quickly and adjust to living away from home. Since this setting is especially conducive to the new college student adjustment process, our traditional residence halls are home to predominantly first-year students. OVERVIEW

Our suite-style residence halls also offer a great social environment yet have the added privacy that comes with having your own bathroom. In a suite, two students share a room, which is connected by a bathroom to another two-student room; four suitemates share this bathroom.

OVERVIEW

Our furnished apartments are home to mainly upper-division students who enjoy being able to cook their own meals, have gatherings in their living rooms and prepare for life after LMU.

  • Two-bedroom, one-bathroom units. Palm South features three-bedroom, one-bathroom units

  • Layouts designed to accommodate two students in each bedroom. Palm South is designed to accommodate five students with 2- two person rooms and 1-one person room

OVERVIEW

Our two university student houses are home to students accepted into the Service and Action House and the Global House.

  • 7 Beds with 3 double-occupancy rooms, 1 single room

  • Features: front porch, back yard, living room, community room

Bed Configurations

The deadline to submit bed configuration requests is July 26th

LOW: The mattress sits about 18″ from the floor limiting under bed storage and available floor space.

CAPTAIN: The preferred choice allows greater under bed storage. The mattress is about 35″ from the floor.

BUNK: One bed below the other. Both roommates must select this option.
